Marty and Heidi Smith are the Sole Proprietors of Kohala Resort Realty which was set up in Kamuela, Hawaii on the Big Island in 2005. They have been married for 19 years and have 3 children. Before their move back to Hawaii in 2004 they owned and operated Evergreen Land Company in Sun Valley, Idaho for 14 years. Prior to Evergreen Land Company they owned and operated Real Estate Offices in Kona, Hawaii with a partner from 1985 until 1990 when they moved to Idaho. They have been actively involved in Real Estate sales and investments for 28 years. Their boutique office will give you personal and professional service and you won't get lost in the crowd.

Marty Smith, the broker of Kohala Resort Realty started selling real estate in 1979 in Kona, Hawaii and has been actively involved in the Real Estate and construction business both here in Hawaii and in Idaho. He holds an active Hawaii license and an inactive Idaho license. He is also a licensed contractor in the State of Hawaii.

Heidi Smith started selling real estate in 1985 in Kona and has been actively involved in Real Estate sales and investments since then. Heidi holds an active Hawaii license and an inactive Idaho license.
